About us
My name is Johan Wangmar, and I run Solhyddan. My ambition is to offer a pleasant and comfortable stay with a strong focus on hospitality. Solhyddan was built in 1931 and purchased in 1947 by Folke and Gulli Wangmar, my maternal grandparents. Since the 1950s, many guests have stayed in the house, with many returning year after year. The house has undergone careful renovations with the intention of preserving its old-fashioned charm. Solhyddan is located in the popular Malen district of Båstad, only 150 meters from Pensionat Furuhem.
